If you or your family have received support from a CLIC Sargent Social Worker, or were provided with financial support or welfare advice by us, please take part in our short survey and let us know what you think of our services.

CLIC Sargent always aims to improve the services we offer to children and young people with cancer, and their families.

We know we make a real difference to the lives of young cancer patients, and their families. But we also want to know how we could do better.

To help us improve our services, we’d like to hear what you think we are doing right, what we could do better and the difference our services made to you and your family.
