The Norwich-based asset finance firm is set to celebrate its 10th year in style, with a packed calendar of events, including a year-long challenge to reach £10,000, be it on foot, two wheels or by jumping out of a plane - all in a bid to raise a phenomenal amount for chosen charity CLIC Sargent.
To Team Credo's surprise, following an article featured in the Eastern Daily Press, local MP Chloe Smith felt moved to send her well wishes for their forthcoming year of fundraising.
Miss Smith said: "I saw the photo of your team and wanted to congratulate you and your staff on your amazing fundraising efforts to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Credo Asset Finance.
"I'm sure the patients and staff of CLIC Sargent will benefit enormously from your generous donations."
Simon Gray, managing director of Credo Asset Finance, explained: "We just wanted to celebrate and share our 10th birthday and thank our supportive customers, while giving back to the community and a charity which means a great deal to us."
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Daisy Turner said: "We are thrilled that Credo Asset Finance staff have fully embraced every aspect of fundraising and can't wait to help them celebrate their 10th year in business."
The first challenge to clock up the pounds and miles will see Team Credo take on the white water rapids of Lee Valley Park on Friday 27 March.
The financial firm is also taking part in Wig Wednesday, CLIC Sargent's flagship campaign, on Wednesday 20 May, donning wigs and wielding donation buckets to raise vital funds to support CLIC Sargent's work with children and young people with cancer, and their families.
