This year, Sequence has supported the partnership by fundraising through a range of activities, including everything from personal challenges like the London Marathon and Great Birmingham Run, to staff initiatives such as branch bake sales, dress down days, a much-loved Christmas Jumper Day, and the company’s annual Partner’s Ball.
Next year’s plans are already underway, with Sequence organising a special skydive day across the business where over one hundred members of staff are planning to take to the skies across the country in aid of CLIC Sargent.
David Plumtree, Group Estate Agency Chief Executive at Sequence said: “Our partnership with CLIC Sargent is incredibly valuable to us and we’re so proud to be able to keep contributing to the excellent work they do year after year.
"I would like to thank everyone across the business for being so enthusiastic and getting involved to help young people and their families.
"We all thoroughly enjoy being part of and supporting such a worthwhile cause, and look forward to many more fundraising activities for CLIC Sargent in the future.”
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Engagement Manager Emma Taylor said: “We are hugely grateful for everyone’s continued support across the sequence network.
"There have been some brilliant fundraisers in the last year from half marathons to medieval family days; the creativity has been outstanding!"
"The figure raised in 2017 through the partnership has been an absolute credit to all the branches and individuals that gave up their time and efforts to help reach such an amazing total.
"All the money raised will make a huge difference to young lives and families who are currently facing cancer. We can’t thank you enough!”
