Theatre cabaret production in aid of CLIC Sargent

After being diagnosed with a brain tumour last year, Daniel Bartlett decided he would like to support CLIC Sargent by putting on a cabaret with his musical theatre friends.

Daniel decided to organise a cabaret show to utilise his skills in event planning and also use it as a chance to get back on the stage for the first time since completing his cancer treatment.

The cabaret takes place on Sunday 23 June and will consist of songs from famous musical theatre shows along with some that have been written especially for the cabaret.

The cabaret includes theatre performers Daniel has worked with in the past, two of which are currently in The Book of Mormon at Prince of Wales Theatre and another who is starring in Top Hat at Aldwych Theatre.

CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Nicola White said: "This is such a fantastic way to raise money for other children and young people with cancer and will really help CLIC Sargent to support more families. I think this will be a successful show with some outstanding performances."
