Teams competing for the cup include, the Fuller Research Group, B2B International, Park Lane Research, Join The Dots, Peak Answers, and DJS Research Ltd, all of whom have made generous donations to CLIC Sargent by way of an entry fee.
In addition, both Alchemy Research and Calibre Search have also made a large donation and will be attending to support the event.
Elliot Simmonds, who leads DJS Research’s corporate charity scheme and organised the event, said: “I really am overwhelmed by the amount of support the event has generated.
“It really does show that business can be such a force for good, and I’m really pleased to be part of an industry that recognises and values that.”
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager, Vicki Moore said: “I was thrilled when I heard DJS Research were holding a Market Research World Cup in aid of CLIC Sargent. DJS Research have been a phenomenal partner so far, and I have no doubt that the Market Research World Cup they are hosting will be a great success.”
DJS Research, is hoping to raise over £1,000 for CLIC Sargent. This amount could fund a family’s stay in a CLIC Sargent ‘Home from Home’ for a month.
CLIC Sargent’s Homes from Home provide free accommodation near to specialist children’s cancer treatment centres, which are often many miles from the family’s own home.
