Our star challenger of the month, team take on Thames Path Challenge

We are so lucky to have so many inspirational people that go the extra mile by taking on a challenge to raise money for children and young people with cancer, and their families.

Their hard work and dedication to the cause is outstanding. Our star challengers this month is an amazing team who completed the Thames Path Challenge in September.

Our star challenger of the month, team take on Thames Path Challenge

Georgina decided to undertake the Thames Pathway Challenge to raise funds to say thank you to CLIC Sargent for supporting her daughter, Katherine, up until she passed away on the 3 June this year. Georgina, and her family, continue to receive ongoing support from CLIC Sargent.

Georgina was joined by 13 team members of all ages, who all successfully completed the challenge in a fantastic time.

We are all proud of our achievement as some of us had never undertaken a challenge like this before.

Georgina and the family hope to continue with their fundraising and will be looking at various ways to raise funds to support children and young people with cancer.
