What is an Ultra Challenge?
CLIC Sargent is delighted to be an official charity partner throughout 2019 for the Ultra Challenge Series. You can walk, jog or run three different distances: 100K, 50K, or 25K on any of the following challenges, with the option of spreading it out over two days.
Whether you take part as an individual or part of a team, we will support you from sign up to the finish line.

What’s your challenge going to be in 2019?
Saturday 20th April 2019
The Easter Walk has a Windsor Racecourse base camp – the 25 km loop heads along the Thames Path passing Alexandra & Home Park, with a pit stop for snacks & drinks near historic Runnymede, before heading to Windsor Great Park with magnificent views of the Castle. Then back to the base camp for the finish line celebrations.
The Jurassic Coast Challenge has a Poole Harbour start, then along the spectacular Jurassic Coast – a World Heritage Site since 2001. Through Lulworth Cove, past Durdle Door it’s up and down all the way to the Weymouth halfway point. Then it’s past Portland Bill, past nature reserves and the onto the western end of the unique Chesil Beach to West Bay’s famous cliffs (of TV’s Broadchurch fame) – before a welcome finish line celebration in the vibrant town of Bridport.
The Cotswold Way Challenge starts by the magnificent Royal Crescent, Bath and then takes on the famous rolling hills with fantastic views towards the Severn Estuary, and idyllic villages nestling in between on this epic journey.
This new event is set to welcome 3,000 adventurers into the Peak District National Park. With a base camp in idyllic Bakewell, that will include camping facilities and extensive hospitality services, this challenge takes a tough figure of eight route through Derbyshire’s finest scenery. This gem in the Heart of England is an Ultra Challenge not to be missed.
The Chiltern Challenge is a circular route and will showcase the best of the Chilterns and surrounding areas. You will take on three of the South’s most iconic trails the Ridgeway, Icknield Way and Chiltern Way starting and finishing in Henley-on-Thames.
The South Coast Challenge has a Beachy Head start, over the magnificent Seven Sisters, and along the South Downs Way with stunning views over the sea to a Brighton mid-point. Devil’s Dyke, welcome rest stops, ups and downs all lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after an amazing journey that you’ll never forget.

The Thames Bridges Trek has a Putney Bridge start, you then head east towards the City, zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges – each with its own fascinating story – and a mid-point stop in Vauxhall for some snacks and drinks. 25k later, it’s a finish line celebration in Southwark past the majestic Tower Bridge.
