You are invited to what has become a much loved start to the festive season in the Manchester Christmas calendar. Hospital choirs from Stockport, Manchester, Nottingham, Blackburn and Bolton come together and unite under one roof to perform a programme of festive songs and get everyone into the Christmas spirit.
The annual concert led by Clark Rundell is held at the prestigious Bridgewater Hall, a fitting venue for the talented singers and musicians to perform, including organist Jonathan Scott and the Greater Manchester Police Trumpeters.
The CLIC Sargent Singers (young cancer parients who have been supported through CLIC Sargent’s music programme) will also perform on both nights.
There will also be guest appearances this year from four school choirs from the region. Monday‘s guest choirs are St Mary’s RC Primary School, Failsworth & Spindle Point Primary School, Bolton. Tuesday will see St Joseph’s RC Primary School, Sale and Chesham Primary School, Bury, take to the stage.

Fantastic start to Christmas
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Joe Burns said: “We would like to thank everyone involved with the concert and for their continued support for CLIC Sargent."
"It takes a lot of hard work throughout the year to put the show together and make it a success."
"It really is a fantastic start to the Christmas period, the music is incredible, and we really appreciate their support. Over the years, the choir have raised well over £100,000 for CLIC Sargent, making an incredible difference to the lives of children and young people with cancer across Greater Manchester.”
