Organising a funeral collection

If you’re organising a funeral you may decide to hold a donation collection on the day. Sometimes this is done in lieu of flowers. CLIC Sargent is here to help you and make this as straightforward as possible.

By choosing to support CLIC Sargent, you can make a real, lasting difference to the life of a child or young person with cancer. We want to reach each and every child and young person with cancer who needs us. But we can only do this with your support.

Order a funeral donation collection pack

You can choose to arrange the collection yourself or you can ask the funeral director, a friend or relative to do it for you. You or the funeral director can order donation envelopes and a collection box from CLIC Sargent.

Please complete this short form and we can send you details of what to do on the day and how to pay your donations in. You can also order donation envelopes and collection box for the day.

Frequently asked questions

I have some questions, how do I contact you?

Email or call 0300 330 0803.

Will I get my envelopes in time for the funeral?

It depends when you envelopes are ordered, it can take a couple of days to get them sent out. We work Monday to Friday 9-5pm. If you don’t receive them on time, usually the funeral director or place where you’re holding the service will have a box or plate to pass around. Your pack will still be useful as it contains information on how to pay in your donations.

Can I set up an online page for donations?

Yes, it only takes a few minutes, just go to and click on 'Get Started' and follow the instructions.

Do you have more information about organising a funeral and what I have to do?
