The Northampton-based team at the award-winning homebuilders Redrow Homes has raised almost £30,000 for CLIC Sargent in celebration of the company's 40th anniversary.
The team was inspired to take on a year of charity challenges after sales consultant Mandy Howie's daughter Chase, who turns 18 this month, was diagnosed with rare cancer Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma when she was just 16.
John Mann, managing director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: "Mandy is a much respected member of our team and so supporting CLIC Sargent as part of our 40th anniversary charity challenge was an easy choice to make.
"Chase's story really captured our hearts and spurred us on to raise as much money as possible.
Everyone embraced the challenge and I'm proud of everyone who took part.
The fundraising activities saw John run in the London Marathon, a team canoe from Northampton to the sea and receptionist Sabrina face her fears in a skydive! Redrow also donned their best 'dos for Wig Wednesday and held a charity dinner.
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Lydia Buckmaster said: "The efforts that all of the Redrow staff have gone to in order to raise this incredible amount of money is absolutely amazing.
"A massive thank you to every single one of them is thoroughly deserved. The money raised could be used to fund a CLIC Sargent Play Specialist for a year so that they can help children prepare for and cope with treatment by using models, toys and pictures to explain what will happen."
