Jess and mum Pia, of Radlett, Hertfordshire have raised over £1,500 by arranging a comedy night in aid of young lives against cancer.
The audience were entertained at The Waterend Barn in St Albans by comedians Darren Walsh, President Obonjo, Kelly Convey, Kai Samra, and ‘Show me the funny’ winner, Patrick Monahan. All of which gave their time and comedy for free!
As well as the show, there was a raffle which included bottles of alcohol kindly donated by The Beech House and The Waterend Barn.
Organiser, Jess and mum Pia put on the event as part of the required fundraising for Jess’ Virgin London Marathon 2017 place with CLIC Sargent.
