Jillian Warren, from Pembroke Dock in South Wales, had her three-foot long hair cut short for young cancer patients.
60-year-old Jillian had long hair since she was a teenager, but this year decided to take on CLIC Sargent's Big Buzz, braving the scissors and cutting her hair short.
Jillian’s family and friends pulled out all the stops to support her personal challenge and help her raise her target of £200 for CLIC Sargent.
The total is now over a whopping £800, and her hair has also been donated to The Little Princess Trust, so that it can be made into a wig for a child receiving treatment.
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Hannah Worrall said: “Pembrokeshire is a lucky place to house one fantastic lady, thank you so much to Jillian for taking on this challenge and raising valuable funds for CLIC Sargent.”
