The class chose to raise money for CLIC Sargent in support of one of their class mates, who will be five years clear of cancer in June.

Katie and her family have been keen to thank CLIC Sargent for the help and support the charity provided. When the opportunity arose to get Ribblesdale High School involved, the choice was simple.

CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager, Vicki Moore, said: "It's been lovely having Ribblesdale High School fundraising for us. They have raised a great amount for charity, enough to fund a family's stay in one of our Home from Homes for a week!"
