The children, from the Reception class up to Year Six have sung to residents at a local residential home as well as to commuters at their local train station.
Bilston Church of England Primary School Head teacher, Mr Gentle said: "Pupils wanted to support the children's cancer charity after hearing during assembly about the work that CLIC Sargent do locally and nationally.
"Being able to help those less fortunate than ourselves very much fits in with the ethos of our school."
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager, Anna Finnegan said: "I was delighted to be invited back to the school to receive a cheque for CLIC Sargent for £300.
"The children have done so well to raise this money and I would like to say a big thank you on behalf of all the children, young adults and their families who we support throughout the West Midlands"
