Employees at Johnson Fleming completed a series of charity challenges to raise an incredible £4,600 for CLIC Sargent in just one day.
Johnson Fleming employees split into groups to take part in a series of challenges and events, ranging from 'Dunk a Director', a ‘CLIC ass’ Paella Party and doing something funny for money.
They were all a huge success, with employees raising to a fantastic grand total of £4,610 for children and young people with cancer.
A great day
Chief executive Simon Fletcher said: “We have always been committed to supporting our chosen charity of the year and we had a great day raising valuable funds for CLIC Sargent.
"What is particularly pleasing about this event is that we achieved our objectives of not only raising money, but also networking within the local community and supporting our learning and development programme.
"The teams had to use their organisation and leadership skills to help make their event a success - coming together for a big bowl of chilli was a great end to a successful day."
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Lydia Buckmaster said: “This has been a brilliant set of events and Johnson Fleming have done so well to have raised such a wonderful amount of money to support children and young people with cancer.”
