Voyce Pullin Markets in Cirencester hosted a range of events throughout the year in aid of CLIC Sargent, including a charity dinner and a celebration of 60 years’ service among other things.
Through the hard work and generosity of everyone at Cirencester Markets, together they managed to raise £10,000 to support young cancer patients.
A rewarding year
Company Director Chris Voyce said: “I’d like to thank everyone at Cirencester Market who supported the Voyce Pullin with their charity fundraising this year allowing us donate such a fantastic amount to CLIC Sargent. It’s been very rewarding being able to help young cancer patients and their families.”
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Caroline Marshall said: “It is fantastic that the Voyce Pullin events raised an astonishing amount and I’d like to thank everyone involved for their kind donations and attendance.
“£10,000 could pay for two months of a CLIC Sargent Nurse’s time, so that they can coordinate clinical and non-clinical care for children with cancer, to maximise the amount of time they can safely spend at home, and ensure that treatments can be given closer to home where possible.”
