Eastern Daily Press Business Awards finalists, Credo Asset Finance have raised over £5,000 in support of children and young people with cancer, and their families.
As part of a year-long partnership with CLIC Sargent, brave staff from the Norwich-based financial firm took part in the Insane Terrain Mud Challenge to raise funds and then got their wigs on for the charity's Wig Wednesday fundraiser.
Key member of 'Team Credo', Fran Brown, said: "It has been a brilliant experience, people have been so generous with their donations and the team have now raised a grand total of £5,291.83 which is amazing!"
As part of the charity partnership, £5 from every financial agreement brokered by Credo Asset Finance, who offer car finance in Norwich, donated to CLIC Sargent.
Julian Pilkigton, Sales Director of Credo Asset Finance said: "Donating £5 from every agreement was the easy part; taking part in Insane Terrain was quite another challenge altogether!"
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager, Daisy Turner said: "We are thrilled that Credo Asset Finance staff have fully embraced every aspect of fundraising, from purple wigs to muddy puddles.
Last year we supported 69 families in Norfolk alone; the team's fundraising is so important because it helps us to continue supporting children and young people with cancer, and their families when they need it most."
