Superhero dad Tim Sadler took the 10,000ft plunge to support CLIC Sargent and landed with a smile on his face. Tim, a teacher from Gloucester has raised £2,500 as a thank you for the support his family received.
Tim said: "Our son Michael was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) in April 2014. Since his diagnosis, our family have been overwhelmingly supported by the amazing people at CLIC Sargent."
The vital funds raised by Tim could pay for a family to stay in a CLIC Sargent Home from Home for almost three months. Staying in a Home from Home ensures a family can be close to their child during treatment free of charge.
CLIC Sargent Challenge Events Fundraising Manager and skydiving addict Emma Mac said: “We can't thank you enough Tim for your support and raising so much in sponsorship. What a hero!”.
