Jason Bull, from Cornwall, set himself the challenge of cycling 225 miles in just two days, to raise vital funds for children and young people with cancer.
The area director started his ambitious bike ride challenge in Yeovil on 4 September at 8.30am, with the aim of using working hours only to reach the finish line in Saltash.
The ride took in Exmoor, Dartmoor and a manoeuvre through Fox & Sons estate agent offices, including Crewkerne, Taunton, Tiverton, Wellington, Axminster and Minehead.
Setting off from Tiverton the next day Jason took on Dartmoor before reaching Plympton, Mutley Plain, St Budeaux and finally Saltash at 4pm.
Exhausted but triumphant Jason was met with a very cheerful celebration made up of family and friends, Fox & Sons staff members and CLIC Sargent staff.
Supporting CLIC Sargent
Fox & Sons, part of the Sequence Home group, has supported CLIC Sargent since 2001 and in that time has raised in excess of £320,000 through staff-led challenges.
Helen English, sales manager at Fox & Sons, said: “CLIC Sargent helps people overcome obstacles and Jason wanted to mirror this spirit by taking on a tough challenge requiring mental and physical strength - riding across Dartmoor from top to bottom unaided is definitely hard!”
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Joy Morley said: “I am so proud of Jason and still in shock at his ambition to do such a challenge in such a short space of time.
"We are so grateful for his efforts, and the money raised will be so useful to help children and young people with cancer live their lives to the full.”
If you would like to support Jason’s efforts, you can still donate through his official Just Giving page.
