Planet Ice raises more than £5,000 for CLIC Sargent

Over the past two years, Europe’s number one chain of ice rink arenas, Planet Ice has taken part in various fundraising activities to help raise more than £5,639 for children and young people with cancer.

With arenas across the UK, Planet Ice has taken part in sweepstakes, bucket collections and skate-a-thons in order to help support CLIC Sargent.

They have also organised regular fun days where visitors enjoyed games on and off the ice including face painting, caricatures, raffles, bouncy castles, games and activities, cake sales and art and craft sales.

John Neville, Managing Director commented: "As a company we are delighted to be working with such a reputable charity and looking forward to not only increasing CLIC Sargent's profile but raising funds."

Planet Ice is hoping to raise even more for CLIC Sargent before the end of the year with bucket collections at their upcoming festive ice shows, the Ice Amazia Ice Show at the Gosport arena, and the Christmas Cracker which will showcase at the Cardiff Bay, Milton Keynes and Brixton arenas.
