Marks & Spencer BeauLingKi team raise over £1,000

The Beauty, Lingerie and Kidswear specialists team at Marks & Spencer Merchant Square, London challenged themselves to walk the route of the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London on Thursday 16 October.

Marks & Spencer BeauLingKi team raise over £1,000

Lucy Davidson, Alexandra Somerfield, Emma Dadley, Emma Hall and Sue Stuart all voted for the charity they wanted to support, and chose CLIC Sargent because of the work we do supporting children and young people with cancer, and their families.

The women completed their challenge, walking around 16 miles, and have so far raised over £1,000 for children and young people with cancer, and still have a few more pledges to come in.

You can still sponsor them. Go to the BeauLingKi JustGiving page to donate.

Supporting CLIC Sargent

Lucy Davidson said: "We had a great time, and the fundraising pack was fab, thank you. I’ve shared our favourite photo of the day to show you just how much we enjoyed raising money for this amazing charity."

Elizabeth Charing, Fundraising Manager said: "A huge thank you to the BeauLingKi team for taking on the challenge, this is an amazing achievement, and I'm delighted to hear that they had a fantastic time on the day.

"Their support could help us to pay for two families to stay at our London Home from Home, Paul's House, for two weeks, providing free self-catered accommodation close to UCLH."
