MFS, a leading global asset manager, has sponsored Wig Wednesday for the past two years, a campaign that has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for young cancer patients.
Following the great success of Wig Wednesday in 2015, MFS took part for a third year in 2016 and organised a range of very exciting activities raising over £4,700.
The day started with many staff commuting to the office, donning the brightest wigs they could find, followed by a breakfast raffle with prizes donated from the likes of Strada, Mondrian Hotel, The Color Company and The Grange Hotel and finished with some of the braver ones being sponsored to have their heads shaved.
Wig Wednesday encourages people across the country to have some fun whilst being sponsored to wear a wig for the day, in support of children and young people with cancer.

“This is a fantastic campaign and we are proud to support such a worthy cause. MFS employees will be showing their support by participating in Wig Wednesday."

About the partnership
MFS, a leading global asset manager, first supported CLIC Sargent when sponsoring the 2014 Wig Wednesday event. MFS encouraged staff to get involved with fundraising, from donning wigs for the day, to having their heads shaved in support of the charity Big Buzz event.
MFS were also an associate sponsor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month for CLIC Sargent in September 2014 and encouraged staff to take part in fundraising activities throughout the month to help raise funds and awareness.
