The Newcastle Christmas Concert has raised a fantastic £3,202 for CLIC Sargent.
The concert brought together the Newcastle combined hospitals choir, Kings School Tynemouth, Priory School Tynemouth and the New Tyneside Orchestra.
Conductor Stephen Pettitt and choir members have been organising the annual carol concert for the past 30 years and have raised over £200,000 for children and young people with cancer during that time.
CLIC Sargent’s fundraising manager, Dee Tyler said: “The concert was absolutely wonderful. Stephen and the choir have done such a great job of organising these carol concerts over the last 30 years and I want to thank them and all of the volunteers involved for their help.”
