On Thursday 17 November, CLIC Sargent’s Simon Morgan-Jones joined the team on the BBC Breakfast sofa as part of its A Light on Cancer week. He answered questions about how to talk to children about cancer, and the techniques nurses and play specialists use to help young patients understand and cope with treatment.
Simon Morgan-Jones said: "This was a great opportunity to promote the fantastic work of CLIC Sargent to the six million people who watch BBC Breakfast. It was an honour to be able to represent the charity."
Viewers also had the chance to put their own questions to Simon on the topic, and ask for hints and tips, during a Facebook Live session. Watch it again on the BBC Breakfast Facebook page.
