Stephen and Lara Dooley chose to celebrate their wedding day whilst helping to raise over £400 for CLIC Sargent.
The couple travelled from Australia to England to get married amongst their nearest and dearest and wanted to support CLIC Sargent along the way.
Steven's niece had recently received cancer treatment in London and had been supported by CLIC Sargent. The couple wanted to give something back to the charity, and decided to use their wedding as the perfect opportunity to raise money.
Lara said: "We knew first-hand how valuable this was to the family both financially and emotionally, so it seemed like to perfect idea for us to ask our guests to donate and help offer support to others in such a difficult situation.
"We had an absolutely brilliant day and knowing that they were helping others in a small way made it even better."
During her treatment, Steven's niece and her mum stayed at CLIC Sargent's Homes from Home in London, Paul's House.
CLIC Sargent has nine Homes from Home across the UK that provides free self-catered accommodation for families whilst their children receive cancer treatment at specialist hospitals nearby.
The couple's wedding raised a fantastic £463.32 for the charity, enough to pay for a family to stay in a CLIC Sargent Home from Home for two weeks.
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Hannah Auer said: "What a fantastic way to raise money for charity. It has been a pleasure supporting Lara in her fundraising and I wish her and husband Steven a lifetime of happiness together."
