Enormous thanks to Network Rail for being the title sponsor for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM) for the second year running.

The giant gold ribbon installation displayed throughout September has been seen by millions of travellers at King's Cross station.

It looked fantastic and has received lots of attention from our supporters via social media, including a family who spotted the giant gold ribbon after returning from a trip to Disneyland Paris to celebrate their daughter finishing her cancer treatment.

Network Rail’s increased support of CCAM in 2015 meant that all donations (up to a total value of £5,000) were matched - this was a great incentive to encourage our supporters to give.

Our venue fundraisers were given the opportunity to pitch up underneath the giant gold ribbon installation and ask people to support CLIC Sargent through regular donations.

In addition to this, staff from Network Rail up and down the country got involved and championed CLIC Sargent throughout September. Many took part in the £170 challenge and sold pin badges.

Customers could wear a pin to support CCAM in exchange for a donation.
