CLIC Sargent is so lucky to have so many inspirational people that go the extra mile by taking on a challenge to raise money for children and young people with cancer, and their families.
This month we are featuring a team of employees from All Bar One as our star challengers, as they embark on a trek up Ben Nevis.
The All Bar One story
Staff all across England from the city bar, All Bar One, are climbing Ben Nevis later this month to raise money for children and young people with cancer.
There are 13 employees taking on the challenge in memory of Rob Harris, a team member from All Bar One Portsmouth, who was diagnosed with cancer and sadly died in 2014.
The All Bar One bars have been fundraising by having pyjama at work days, running raffles at corporate events, raising money in collection tins on busy evenings, guessing the number of Smarties in a jar, sponsored football competitions and so much more.
Staff have surpassed their original £5,000 target and have now raised £6,525.
We would love to raise as much money as possible to help other young people and families battling through the worst of times

Where will the money go?
This incredible amount could pay for over 1,500 copies of our CLIC Sargent storybooks.
The storybooks explain childhood cancer in simple, easy to understand language - putting cancer into words and illustrations children can relate to. These are an important way of helping children understand what’s happening to them.
Take on your own Ben Nevis challenge
If you’ve been inspired by the staff at All Bar One, follow in their footsteps and sign up to take on Ben Nevis and go the extra mile for children and young people with cancer.
