Wigs were all the fashion at Walwayne Court Primary School in Trowbridge when the school took part in CLIC Sargent's Wig Wednesday, wearing wigs in support of children and young people with cancer.
Pupils and staff at Walwayne Court Primary School took part in Wig Wednesday on 21 May.
The event was organised by the Hilperton educational agency, Apple A Day Supply which helped provide pupils with fundraising packs, resources, lesson plans and ideas to make the day a huge success.
Company Director, Gemma Hector said: “As teachers, we know that events such as these can take a lot of organising so we thought that we would make it easier for schools to take part and raise money and awareness for a very worthy cause.”
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Ben Herbert said: “Thank you to Apple A Day Supply for getting Walwayne Court Primary School involved with Wig Wednesday helping to raise awareness of CLIC Sargent and funds to support children and young people with cancer.”
