CLIC Sargent's corporate partner, Winplus Europe, is encouraging customers to 'go gold' for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month by purchasing Sunny, its yellow-gold family-friendly YoJello air freshener, in support of children and young people with cancer.
YoJello’s online store sells the distinctive family of air fresheners as part of an ongoing partnership with CLIC Sargent.
From the sale of each £3.99 product, Winplus Europe donates 50p to CLIC Sargent, up to the value of £2 (four products) to CLIC Sargent.
The brightly-coloured, self-adhesive jelly figures can be stuck, placed or hung from most surfaces in the home, office or car.
Giving something back
John Kegg, managing director of Winplus Europe, wanted to give something back to CLIC Sargent after the support received by his family when his grandson was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
He decided to donate a percentage of profits from the online sales of the brightly coloured air fresheners.
John said: “We hope customers will choose to 'go gold' by purchasing Sunny and the other characters to help children with cancer and their families during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.”
In addition to Sunny, YoJello has a growing family of fun characters to choose from in a variety of scents, including Tutti Futti, Ice Cream, Apple and Holiday.
John added: “Having experienced first hand the care CLIC Sargent provides, we decided this was the best way to give something back - this isn’t only about raising money, it’s about raising awareness throughout September and beyond.”
