Rachael Adams and friends are LifeShavers

Rachael Adams took on CLIC Sargent's Big Buzz by having her hair cut at the Ride For Hope charity event at Edge Church in Aztec West, Bristol.

Rachael managed to raise a fantastic £2,000 for young cancer patients. She had her hair cut by Lisa from The Hair Studio in Whitchurch, and she was joined by her friends Daisy Symes, Emma Britton and Monica Olivia de Souza on Saturday 28 May.

The hair will be donated to the Little Princess Trust, a charity which makes and distributes wigs for children who have lost their hair, and the money will be donated to CLIC Sargent.

Before the event Rachael said: “I feel nervous about the hair cut but children and young people being treated for cancer don’t have a choice about losing their hair.

"I know the money is going to a fantastic cause in CLIC Sargent and that is what’s inspiring me to go through with it.”
