Childhood Brain Tumours

Hi,

My son was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in November. He is just 2years old. Wondering if there is anyone else facing a similar situation.

Thanks

I fortunately am not going through a tragic time like this although family in this past have had cancer. I wish you and your son all the best and I wish I could do more to help.

Hi sfarrenden,
I'm sorry to ready your post :( my son was diagnosed in December, just before new year with a brain tumour. He's 7. Everyone's case with brain tumours are so so different. My son had (what we hope was most/all) of his tumour removed but we have MRIs all the time go check for growth. If you want to chat then feel free to get in Touch. I spoke with many parents in a similar situation as us. We were in hospital for a month. Also on our ward was a little girl who had an inoperable brain tumour but was doing very well on chemo, so keep positive xxxxx
