Come along to the second Scarcliffe Soapbox Derby and be entertained by teams racing their soapbox vehicles, in support of children and young people with cancer.
This summer the village of Scarcliffe in Derbyshire will once again play host to the Scarcliffe Soapbox Derby. Participants will be racing their self-built soapbox vehicles to raise money for CLIC Sargent and Ashgate Hospice.
It promises to be an exciting day full of thrills, spills and fun for all the family. There will be live music and children's entertainment along with stalls, and the day is completely free for spectators - so do come along and cheer on these brave racers.
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Blaine Cooper-Jones said: "We are so excited and grateful that the Scarcliffe Soapbox Derby is back for the second year in support of CLIC Sargent. It’s going to be a great day for all the family to enjoy, while raising vital funds for children and young people with cancer."
