Feel great on Boxing Day and take a dip in the Firth of Clyde chilly waters at Prestwick Beach.
At this annual event, supporters will simply jump into the water and feel invigorated!
Spectators are welcome to come along and cheer on family and friends taking part.
Follow the thousands of brave dippers who have been taking part since 2006 and make 2012 a record year.
After the dip, everyone will get some hot soup, a tod of whisky (18 and above only), and a goody bag to take home.
