The team behind the upgrade to the A8 carriageway between Belfast and Larne are holding a golf day to raise funds for children and young people with cancer, and their families.
A8 Lagan Ferrovial Costain Belfast to Larne Dualling is a joint venture comprising of Lagan Construction, Ferrovial Agroman Ireland and Costain Limited.
Guests attending the charity golf day will be treated to a bacon roll with coffee at registration, before the 'tee off' at 1pm.
After playing a round of golf, they will enjoy a barbeque dinner, a raffle with some fantastic prizes and the highly anticipated prize giving.
All money raised from the event will go to the CLIC Sargent’s Northern Ireland Homes from Home Appeal.
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Christine McClune said: "We would like to thank Lagan Ferrovial Costain for organising what is sure to be a great event. There are still limited places available, so I would invite anyone interested in taking part in the day to get in touch."
Project Accountant Carl Postians said: "Last year's event was a great success and we're hoping to raise even more money this year for what is an extremely worthy cause, and will help contribute to CLIC Sargent achieving their aims for their Northern Ireland Homes from Home Appeal."
