The Braintree Male Voice Choir is putting on an evening of light music to kindly help raise money for children and young people with cancer.
The choir has an extensive repertoire from musicals, modern music and classic male voice choir pieces offering something to suit everyone.
The group will be led by their new Musical Director, Mr Stephen Rumsey, who will be accompanied by Toby Parrand.
Solo performances will include:
- 'Tonight' - West Side Story
- 'Someone to watch over me' - Oh, Kay!
- 'Electricity' - Billy Elliott
- 'Who will buy' - Oliver
- 'The Flower Duet' - Lakme
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager, Karen Roberts said: "We are delighted that the Braintree Male Voice Choir is supporting CLIC Sargent.
"Every day 10 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer and we rely on the support of the the general public to be able to continue to provide vital support to these families.
"I am really looking forward to the concert and hope that the people of Colchester will join us and help make a difference to the lives of children and young people with cancer."
