Dig out those swimming costumes and join us at Newquay Harbour to blow away the cobwebs by doing something amazing for CLIC Sargent.
The Newquay CLIC Sargent Fundraising Group is looking for daredevils in Cornwall to take the plunge into the Atlantic ocean on New Year’s Day to raise money for children and young people with cancer!
The entry fee is £5 per person - and you can pay on the day. All money raised will go to helping us fight for young lives against cancer. You could also raise much more by getting your friends and family to sponsor you - and remember, there will be prizes for the best fancy dress costume.
To find out more please contact organiser Hannah Eustice on 01637 831 184 or 07791 086 617.

Event organiser Hannah Eustice said: “If you cannot bring yourself to wade into water that may be somewhat chilly, wrap yourselves up well, fill your pockets and purses with cash and get to Newquay Harbour to throw money into the CLIC Sargent collecting buckets and cheer on those who do dare face the crazy challenge.”
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Jordan Anderton said: “I couldn’t think of a better way to start the new year than challenging yourself to enter the ice cold ocean waters in support of young lives against cancer.”
"We look forward to seeing dippers and spectators on New Year’s Day at 12pm."
