Well done to all those who joined us for the spook-tactular, fun-filled event this Halloween and thank you for supporting young cancer patients.
Over 150 participants dressed up as either zombies or TV characters took to the beautiful grounds of Stormont Park to complete the 2.5K or 5k walk/run.
After a short warm up, the participants set off through the woods to the finish line, along the way they encountered our team of 'spookily friendly zombies' volunteer, who did a wonderful job of chasing and of course, scaring them.
Each child who completed the challenge received a Lidl Northern Ireland goodie bag and a certificate.
Together, we raised over £2,000 for children and young people with cancer and their families, and this could help pay for two families to stay in one of CLIC Sargent's Homes from Home for a month.
A big thank you
CLIC Sargent Fundraising Manager Fiona McCann said: "Thank you to all the zombie families who travelled from all over Northern Ireland to support us. There were some fantastic costumes!
