World Cancer Day 2018

This World Cancer Day, 4 February 2018, CLIC Sargent is asking all of our supporters to band together to help us highlight the hidden costs of cancer for young people. In January we'll be revealing brand new and exclusive CLIC Sargent Bands Against Cancer to support our fight for young lives.

Band together

Today 11 children and young people in the UK will be diagnosed with cancer and we will be fighting tirelessly to limit the damage cancer causes beyond their health.

We want all of our supporters to join with us and band together to support young lives against cancer. CLIC Sargent Bands Against Cancer wristbands will be available in three different colours from January 2018.

Join our fight

In January we will also be revealing more about our exciting plans for World Cancer Day. Make sure you check back on this page to find out how you can support us! In the meantime, follow us on FacebookTwitter and Instagram to keep up to date with all our news.

Please stay involved with our fight for young lives against cancer by signing up to our regular e-newsletter or consider giving a regular gift or fundraising to help fund our fight.

Hidden costs

In the lead up to World Cancer Day we will be raising awareness of the hidden costs of cancer for young people.

Our Hidden Costs report has revealed the impact of a cancer diagnosis on young people’s mental health, as well as their physical health.
