Are you a young cancer survivor aged 16-24 years old? Do you want to experience what working life is like or get back to work after treatment?
The CLIC Sargent work experience programme is a service specifically designed for young people aged 16 to 24 who are living with or beyond cancer.
The programme provides employability support, by sourcing a one or two week placement to suit your needs and provide you with valuable experience and skills. Placements have previously been held within CLIC Sargent departments, as well as with companies such as Paramount Pictures and Airbus.
The programme is currently closed for new referrals but you can register your interest by following the processes below:
- Under 18-year-olds - please ask your CLIC Sargent care professional to refer you using the Expression of Interest form
- Over 18-year-olds - please either use the Expression of Interest form to self-refer into the programme, or ask your CLIC Sargent care professional to do this for you.
