Teenage and young adult cancer services summary: questionnaire

CLIC Sargent would welcome your feedback on our summary of NHS cancer services for teenagers and young adults in England.

Please complete this short survey and let us know what you think about the leaflet you've received.

The reader-friendly explanation of NHS cancer services for teenagers and young adults was developed by CLIC Sargent in partnership with NHS England and the Teenage Cancer Trust. It is designed to help young people understand what they can expect from their NHS cancer care, and the standards it should meet.

The summary covers cancer services for teenagers and young adults aged from 16 to 24. You can also download the summary leaflet here: NHS TYA Cancer Services Summary.

Please complete the survey and help us improve future versions of this summary.
