Our Child Cancer Helpline is a free, anonymous and confidential telephone service. Our trained helpline staff offer emotional support and practical information to anyone affected by childhood cancer.
We set up this service because we know that questions and concerns can come to mind at any time. For anyone coping with the trauma of cancer, it fills an important gap.
The service is open to anyone who needs it - families, friends and professionals alike. We also have an email address, so you can contact us in writing if you prefer.
Support through listening
Our helpline staff are there to listen to any worries and concerns you may have, and can offer support and information.
Local and national services
We can let you know how CLIC Sargent can help and point you to other national organisations who may be able to support you too. We can also offer information on your local services and how you can access them.
Specialist Benefits Advice
Our benefits advisors can provide specialist advice about benefit entitlement and help with completing Disabilitiy Living Allowance applications.
