Dreamflight

Dreamflight is a registered UK charity whose purpose is to send seriously ill children on their 'holiday of a lifetime' to Florida. While many charities devote their energies to funding long term research projects or the purchase of medical equipment, we think it is just as important to bring some fun and joy into the lives of children who perhaps can't wait long enough for the breakthrough they need or whose illnesses and treatments have brought pain distress and disruption to their lives.

Dreams Come True

Each year Dreams Come True brings a smile to the faces of hundreds of children and young adults between 2 and 21 years who are suffering from a serious or terminal illness. We aim to bring joy into their lives, and the meaning for both the children and their families is profound.

Make-A-Wish Foundation UK

MakeAWish Foundation UK grants wishes of children and young people aged 3 to 17 with life-threatening illnesses. Make-A-Wish Foundation has no cures to offer and all too often some of our endings are sad, but during desperate times when there seems to be no hope, Make-A-Wish steps in and provides positive, and uplifting relief. Most of all, a wish granted brings a time of magic and joy, for the special children and the families we serve.

Round Table Children's Wish

RTCW is a registered charity that grants Wishes to children throughout Great Britain and Ireland who are aged under 18 and are suffering from life-threatening illnesses.

The aim is to fulfil a child's secret dream whether it is to meet their own heroes and idols from the worlds of sport, television and popular music, or perhaps to give them the opportunity to swim with dolphins, have a ride in a sports car or even make a parachute jump. For others, a quiet holiday with family members or the gift of a computer or playhouse may be their ideal Wish.Even in the closest of families, children have a secret dream that they do not share with anyone else. In each case we ensure that the Wish we grant is truly that of the child, not what someone else assumes they might like!

Starlight

Wish granting has remained the heart of Starlight's work. A Starlight wish is more than just a special treat to look forward to when the pain wont go away: it gives children a wonderful choice to make all by themselves at a time when most decisions need to be made for them. A wish remains a positive focus throughout long periods of treatment or recuperation and is often remembered as the turning point.
