The Chocolate and Chilli Ball in Filleigh Village Hall on the 3rd May was a resounding success and enjoyed by all. With over 200 tickets sold the event was a sell out and raised a whopping £5,000 for CLIC Sargent.
The theme night saw the hall transformed into a salsa paradise and the guests danced along to the thumping drum and dance band.
Along with the dancing and wonderful food there was also an incredible auction, with prizes ranging from a spa treament to Simon Cowell's autograph.
Jacky Masso and Jo Dunbavin, from the CLIC Sargent North Devon branch worked extremely hard to put on such a successful event. Special thanks go to Jo for the amazing catering that she did for the evening. CLIC Sargent would like to say well done to all those who made the event happen and to all those who attended - helping to raise vital funds for CLIC Sargent.
