A new London catering company, Capital Caterers, has pledged to support CLIC Sargent by donating five percent of its sales on all orders to the Charity.
Michael Fisher from Capital Caterers says: “I have experienced at close hand the issues faced by someone diagnosed with cancer and have seen how others around them are affected – friends, family and carers. It has brought the issue of childhood cancer very close to my heart. If there is one thing that I have learned, it is that support can make a real difference, and that we can all be a force for change to raise awareness at every opportunity.
"I believe CLIC Sargent is shaping the future of cancer care for children and I am very proud for Capital Caterers to support the tremendous work they do. Childhood cancer, in particular, is one of the hardest things anyone could ever have to deal with and what I find inspiring about CLIC Sargent is their total commitment to offering all-round specialist care and support for the families affected.
"I feel lucky to be doing what I love in life – good food has always been my passion! I am committed to the growing success of Capital Caterers and I hope to make a real difference in promoting cancer support, raising awareness and helping those less fortunate.”
CLIC Sargent would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Capital Caterers for their support. For more information, please visit: www.capitalcaterers.co.uk.
