CLIC Sargent is working in partnership with the Buckinghamshire Examiner and the Buckinghamshire Advertiser to raise awareness about the Charity and raise funds in the South Buckinghamshire area.
The appeal was launched in December 2007 and hopes to raise £120,000 in 2008. The money raised could help support 35 Buckinghamshire families with the clinical, social and financial help, when they need it most. In 2007 CLIC Sargent supported 29 families throughout the Buckinghamshire area.
CLIC Sargent hopes that the newspaper will be able to put us in touch with individuals, companies, schools, community groups from across the region who can make a real difference and give us a real fundraising boost. CLIC Sargent would be delighted to hear from anyone who can help. Why not organise your own fundraising event or have a collecting tin - every penny counts!
