Sutton Borough Council raise £562 for CLIC Sargent
Many thanks to Construction and Property Services at Sutton Borough Council who raised a fantastic £562 for CLIC Sargent from a Christmas Raffle. This would not have been possible without the help of their associates, Toolbase Environmental Ltd, Bill Baily, SCL Group Ltd, C.A.R.E, BTU Heating Ltd, Wessex Windows, Apex Lifts, Inspace Maintain and Invicta Analytical Services who provided prizes.
Members of the Construction and Property Services team (including Sue Holmes pictured on the right) presented the cheque to Maureen O’Sullivan, Social Work Team Leader at The Royal Marsden hospital and Sue Bowcock, Community Fundraising Manager on 1st March. The group were then shown around the children’s oncology ward at the Royal Marsden to see how their money raised will help to continue the vital work being done at the hospital, helping children and young people with cancer or leukaemia.
