CLIC Sargent would like to thank everyone who took part in The Titan Abseil, Clydebank on the 20 August 2011 raising around £9,000 to help children with cancer.
The weather was very kind all day and the atmosphere was brilliant which helped the jangling nerves of a few. Ken Gray took the highest individual fundraising total with £600.
Thanks also go to TRAC who came all the way from Aberdeen to participate and raise funds. We also had Kirsty as ‘wonder woman’ who braved the challenge for her sister Vicky who has been helped by CLIC Sargent. Also Jules Durnin took to the rope wishing to give something back to CLIC Sargent after the help she is receiving from our team at The Beatson. CLIC Sargent would also like to thanks volunteers from Santander who helped on the day.
Should you wish to take part in a future CLIC Sargent events or even run your own then please contact Richard on 0141 572 5700 or email richard.donald@clicsargent.org.uk.
