The guests danced all night at the Strictly Fun Ball
For the past year CLIC Sargent has been working with the newly formed Scots Australian Children’s Cancer Trust. The finale of a years worth of fundraising activities came to an end in spectacular style on the 6th March 2010. The Strictly Fun Ball was held at the Radisson Hotel in Glasgow joined by 200 guests and hosted by Chick Young and Libby McArthur from River City.
This fantastic evening followed the strictly come dancing theme with an amazing demonstration of Salsa dancing followed by a competition and audience participation, over £15,000 was raised on the night through various auctions, raffles and games and overall the two charity have benefited by around £23,000 over the year.
