For the last 12 months CLIC Sargent supporter, Lawrence Laidlow from Newcastle has travelling the length and breadth of the country selling tickets for a prize draw to win his Harley Davidson. The tickets cost £1 each and the draw was held on 1st September 2008.
The lucky winner was Graham Leek from Ipswich. Winning number was 16586. The ticket was sold at the NASC Custom Car event in Trinity Park on 24th - 25th August.
Lawrence would like to thank every single person who donated time, energy, efforts and money into this project. He says: "Every single penny we hand over to CLIC Sargent makes a difference to the lives of children suffering with this dreadful condition. My wife and I have met some truly amazing people over the last 12 months, thanks to all of you. And especially thanks to you! To every one of you who bought a ticket. Without all of you, we could not have done this."
