Publication Date: 16 June 2009

On 23rd and 30th May, the lovely ladies of Greggs in Pudsey, West Yorkshire sold multi packs of Gingerbread Men with a proportion of the sales going to CLIC Sargent to celebrate the Greggs Children’s Cancer Run which happened on 7th June.

Other stores across Yorkshire also took part in the initiative. The ladies also dressed up in outfits suitable for the theme of the event, Pirates in the Park, to raise even more money for the charity. Also for three weeks leading up to the event all donations which are collected into the collection tins in Greggs stores across Yorkshire will go to CLIC Sargent.

CLIC Sargent would like to thank everyone at Greggs for their support to help children with cancer.
